Cymra is highly committed to gender equality and diversity. The team has gender diversity across the management team, pharmaceutical and AgScience areas.
Cymra is a low cost operation for power based on using natural sunlight all year round. We dont have supplemental lighting in our greenhouse.
The site and facility for our electricity needs will be powered by solar panels.
The core tenant of Cymra is Innovation Development. We always ask why something is done this way and if it can be done better. We have innovated in the areas of genetics, increasing yield, reducing risk and pest and disease and reducing labour costs. We have also innovated through extraction, creating new ways to reduce cost for cannabis medicines.
To do this, we are creating infrastructure in our rural community and driving up to 40 local jobs in the area over the next 3 years.
